Internet service issues

Over the last week I've been struggling to have a functional Internet service at my commune. The line keeps dropping and sometimes will not work for hours at a time. Telkom and Openweb both have been playing a game of baseball with me - making me do a run around between the two constantly shifting blame. We had a technician come out and he apparently put us in the all clear. I then went to Openweb and they ran a diagnostic and cleared their side. We now sit with an issue with the line and all other options are out. Unfortunately there is no way to escalate this further than posting here on hellopeter in the hope of a specialist or technician who knows what he is doing to contact me. The fact that they can't communicate between each other to solve this problem is probably what makes this process so frustrating.
