Incompitant, dishonest and not at all transparent about costs.

First of all OpenWeb advertises these amazing deals not telling you about all the hiden extra costs. Secondly they have the most incompitent staff I have ever had the missfortune of dealing with, it took them 2 months to figure out why my internet was not working when I first joined them (I still paid for those two months) then when a problem occured again it took them a week to actually give me a proper answer as to why my internet is not working (all the while sending Telkom to come and sort out their mess). I would very strongly advise anyone considering moving to them to go with anyone accept for OpenWeb.
