Impossible to terminate a service

Canceled my service in January 2019 on there online form. Heard nothing from them until a month ago. Some random emails start appearing from Credit Intel. That I owe openweb money? Amount that is extremely unlikely. The more I tell them I canceled the service the more they say there is no record of the cancellation. And judging by most of the reviews of openweb, there is a big problem with them. Its basically impossible to cancel a services from them. A lot like a tv license
