Impossible to Cancel ADSL

<p><strong>After having my uncapped ADSL account throttled to near death, I decided to cancel my subscription. I must state caregotically that I dont stream any TV Service (the line is too slow for that) and dont download torrents. All downloads are for gaming updates and on my PVR. Cancelling?! Easier said than done!I have attempted to cancel my ADSL account with openweb for over a week ! I have tried email, was reffered to their webpage which sends no response. I printed the completed cancellation form and faxed it to the number provided, no response! Have sent the form via email, automated response that they have created a ticket and never get any further updates. This company is ******** its customers in creating a long winded procedure to cancel accounts which simply doesn't work so they can bill you for an additional month or two. Bunch of thieving barstards!</strong></p>
