I regret signing up with them

I signed up for their 2mb uncapped adsl service from the beginning of October 2015. I have never been happy with them. Their connection is so slow. It can't open any website. I had to refresh at least about five times before a website can be open. Most of the time the picture won't show.<br> Decided I've had enough and tried to cancel and guess what. I have to wait till end of January for them to cancel. Right now I'm so fed up I've decided to sign up with another ISP, they can enjoy my R139 which they didn't give me any service for it. This company should be investigate, it shouldn't be operating. Check hellopeter and see the complains about slow speeds.
