I feel ****** by Openweb

I am truly disappointed in the offerings of Openweb. While I understand for them to ensure benefits to their company revenue wise but I fail to see or understand why they would still be practising contract methods on LTE products to date. All if not majority of service providers for LTE offer a month to month package, which is what I thought I was taking. Also the uncapped part was never explained to me up until I saw my internet been slow and decided to enquire why was it slow. Only then was I told it was 200gb at 12mbs then at 350gb it drops to 6mbs, there after you are going to the slowest possible speed, in this case mine never went passed 2mbs.

Sad how some service provider do business in this way. I am now told to cancel I need to pay penalty. Just because 1. They never explained what their uncapped meant, 2. I signed no document, atleast then maybe I would have had the chance to read through everything.
