Hello. My name is Richard Pontin, and I had the pleasure of joining Openweb about three years ago. it never occured to me to write a review, but after they helped me extensively with getting in contact with my data provider about a tower issue, they deserve a hollar! there was amazing service and mostly really quick response times. They say they will need 24 to 48hours, but they usually got back to me in way less.

I have not really had to get in touch with them aside from a debit order that did not go through because I locked my card by accident since my kids signed me up. I think this is great! it is not everyday that I subscribe to something that I do not have to check and maintain constantly. Aside from data provider issues in this country which I suppose are not their fault actually, they are amazing!
