I cancelled my services with Openweb... then I came back.

I got a lot of help from an amazing tech named Zelda. She helped me to cancel the first time around half a year ago, but I have since come back after realising that Openweb is just about as good as it gets. I have jumped from ISP to ISP and let me tell you, the customer service does not come near what I got with these guys. I even tried going to MTN themselves, but they are not very helpful at all when our tower's speeds are affected by the area's bad weather and winds. At least through openweb, they deal with the data providers for me. I will definitely keep them as my primary ISP, but do be warned -- they asked that I pay for the delivery fees since I was the one to cancel in the first place, so the delivery is not free the second time. Oh well, it was well worth it!
