I purchased their unlimted prepaid plan for R1099 a while ago. That equates to about 2 months of service from my previous supposed discount carrier but is so much better in speed. You receive a sim card and guided instructions on activating it through your routers settings. In my case, I found the customer service to be pretty friendly and very well-trained. I would buy mobile, but I cannot port over my number if, but I cannot complain since I was completely setup with my wifi in just a few minutes after receiving.
