I am very happy with my choice to connect to OW!

I just want to take a minute to thank Johan, Leon, and Zelda for your excellent service and walking me through blocking Telkom. I also want to commend ow for helping me to upgrade my package very easily. It was nice not to have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to change my selected plan.

I also want to applaud them for getting back to me pretty quickly. I was apprehensive when the first reply took a while, but once they got with me, it was smooth sailing from then on out.

The package I upgraded to is unlimited prime data, and I love it! I had a bad experience a few years ago getting uncapped data, but since then it has improved. I think it is because they just manage their towers unlike some other ISPs.
