I am satisfied with the service.

Very good service received from Zelda. She's a sweetheart. I had to cancel an upgraded signed the day before. It was handled efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but I was advised yesterday that I would receive a call from the branch manager, and I did, but they were not able to give me an exact time. They told me that it is difficult to schedule a time because they're busy. I had no idea, but I undeerstand.
