Horrible Service from Openweb

Service is horrible, There are never any solutions to the issues, I tend to have issues every single month. 50Gb doesn't last Yet my mobile usage shows that I only used 10GB this month...

After moving to Telkom I have been having endless issues. I did not enjoy the service at all. And I would not recommend openweb to anyone because of robbing customers.

Please Hire staff that actually know how to handle networking issues. Switching off the router for 30minutes doesn't help anything.

I requested to support to find a solution to the issues or let me know if I should find another ISP and they provided me with the cancellation link.

I now understand why there are so many bad reviews for Openweb, This is the reason why I am sharing this today to make future clients aware on the bad service.
