Great service when something goes wrong

We have 6 5G packages with them for our offices across the country. When I experienced a problem with one of the services this week, Leon found the issue in 5 minutes, the router packed up. I ordered a new router and Leon wrote a step by step setup guide for me on how to configure it. He must have spent an hour on writing this guide as it was for my specific router. I am terrible with technology, but he knew exactly how to explain everything to me. I am extremely impressed
