Great product but a complicated sign-up.

There was a helpful woman named Zelda who had to pass me on to her boss because there was a billing issue with my SIM. It took a little while to get resolved before they could even send my SIM.

I wish that they made it more obvious that +/- 5 working days does not include the weekends and public holidays because I ended up waiting almost two weeks before we had a public holiday in the middle of the week and my issue was not resolved until Friday, so the SIM was not sent until Monday.

I get that it is also the courier company's fault, but it was still a little bit stressful. I do not have a lot of back ups to the data I bought with them.

If you are going to buy from OpenWeb, you might as well go with Day. I heard of them -- they are a smaller company, but their service and preparation are superior to OpenWeb.

I will say that both of those ISPs beat Telkom, MTN, and Afrihost though. Terrible experiences there.
