Great Experience with OpenWeb / Bad Experience with Telkom

It seems like no matter which ISP I join, I have a lot of problems with Telkom. The tower in my area is apparently not very reliable, so I had someone from openweb switch me to MTN, and I have had no issues ever since. I am nevcer going back!

More on telkom, I even tried calling to see if anyone would come to repair my tower, but nothing! Not only that, but I had to constantly reroute my router until i had enough and switched. I am glad that is finally over.

When I switched, Zelda was super helpful and sweet. I had no issues with these guys themselves, but I would not recommend getting telkom through them or anyone. MTN may be more expensive but it is the way to go in the end.
