Good company and product, but room for improvement.

After some time with OpenWeb, Its good. The product is reliable. Support team needs to be more prompt and informative when requests are made, as only one person(Zel) on the support team replies on emails more detailed and informative than the others, which helped to clarify issues we had. Good company to get internet service from after all :)
