Getting billed for a service that was cancelled

<p>Ok so openWeb gives you this great sales pitch but they forget to tell you that if you go over 5gig in a day they cap your line. Keep in mind I had 10meg uncapped with them which I cancelled end of Dec start of Jan. </p>
