Five Months

So I opened an account with OpenWeb at the beginning of the year on a 20GB a month capped service. Upgraded to a 50GB the following month. The upgrade took all of 10 minutes. <br> <br> But I've been trying to get an uncapped account for FIVE MONTHS NOW!! I have sent countless emails to the Facebook account, admin, account emails to no avail at all. Moreover, when I upgraded the first time, it was done over the phone, but when I wanted to do it this time, I couldn't - I had to do it through an email process.<br> <br> This is getting really annoying now.
