**** upgrade

2 days ago we upgraded our package from a 4mb line to standard to a 10mb premium and i speed has dropped from 4.2mbps to 0.12 . We have contacted them numerous times they keep telling us to reboot for 30 minutes which we have done. But the issue still remains they then tell us it could be due to someone downloading torrents which is not the case as no one uses torrents in our household. They have refused to help sort this out yet we paying for an upgrade and it has since been extremely slow
