Failure to cancel service. ( ow46084)

<p>I was one of the lucky ones to get the Telkom LTE Uncapped for R599 last year February. I had no need for my DSL line anymore and cancelled with Telkom. Openweb is a different story.</p> <p>After trying about 30 times to use their online cancelation tool, having the phone thrown down in my ear by their so called “international” call desk and trying to block the deduction on my bank account. I am still being ****** of R300 pm for I service I haven’t used in a year. I think your online cancelation tools is broken or this is an underhanded business practice.</p> <p>Please stop deducting my back account and PLEASE cancel this service ***46084).</p> <p>Ps Getting my ******* taken 3K back would also be nice.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Morne Coetzee</p>
