Excellent service! They have really stepped up their game.

I received top-notch service from them last week when one of Telkom's (surprise surprise) towers went down. They did everything they could to get me connected to the second nearest tower. I use them for my businesses because every time there is a problem, they are able to help me get reconnected online within hours.

Time is money, and so far, OpenWeb is the only ISP that has been able to save me from becoming behind a day or losing clients. I do recommend if you need wifi for professional or even personal reasons. They deliver when they can it looks.
