Dreadful ISP. Avoid!

Since signing up with openweb my line has just not run. Dns errors nothing loads. Other isps all run perfectly on my line. First I get told there is a fault contact Telkom, surprise no fault on the line. Now it's shaping, during heavy periods I cannot open any website. At 5am shaping I cannot open any website download mail or do anything anything! I would recommend People avoid openweb, poor service all round! In fact non existence service but quick to take your money!
