Disgusting Rip-off

I requested cancellation for openweb's service in February 2018, we are now in June 2018 and they have debited my bank account every month for a service that does not work. They have given me a reference number for every cancellation. I am now forced to take legal action to get my money back. The call centres are always unavailable, and no one knows what exactly is going on over there.
