Debited my account with no service provided and refuse to refund

This company is ****ming my money and they refuse to refund me The debited my account on April then they never reinstated the services and called them also sent them email .I took a week and still it was not sorted. I requested them to cancel the account since they can't solve the problem .they didn't debit 2 months and now they debited again and they say it was an outstanding balance .R1600 debited with no services .I need them to refund and the refuse .
