CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I purchased a uncapped deal, but it's been saying out of bundle. So I contacted open web. DANE and he tells me what to do of which it never worked so I tell him it didn't work. Mind you I am on email. I don't have any contact number for them. I have been sending e mails to have this sorted. Have sent numerous e mails. No response. From the support team. And the whatapp number never works even till today I don't have internet and they not saying anything.
