Customer Service needs a lot of work

<p>I opened an account on the 15th and immediately found out that I had chosen the wrong package. I tried to get it cancelled immediately before using it and asked whether I could rather be moved to the right package. I was told that was impossible as the account was already created. I then sent in a cancellation request on the same day. I have since sent two more asking for them to acknowledge the cancellation request and recieved no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>OpenWeb claims they have a download heaven but I have deeply regretted moving from CrystalWeb which I will go back to shortly as OpenWeb's speed is so ridiculously slow. No download heaven exists. I need to cancel this services quickly. This just showed me that CrystalWeb really has a download heaven even though they dont mention it and OpenWeb is just faking it.</p>
