Customer service helped me to find the perfect product. Above and beyond!

I tried to sign-up for ADSL again a few months ago, but apparently that was taken off. At first I said oh well and then went to look for it somewhere else, but I have not had the best of luck with other ISPs. Too many red flags, but I have been w Openweb before so I gave their Uncapped dat aa chance in June and have been very happy since!

The thing that happened was there was a lot of back n forth for ab a week or two in late April because I did not know which of the wifi products would be best to replace the ADSL that I was hoping to get again, but a man by the name of Dane was able to talk me through the products and explain what each were and the limitations. I ended up settling for MTN fixed. I had to buy a router bc they have to be compatible, but I do not regret it at all!

Since then, I get about 20mbps to 35mbps on average which was until I bought a booster that was also recommended. Now, I get about 50mbps ish and sometimes closer to 80 on a good day because of the booster, I think.

I am very happy with my decision to come back and ditch fibre since the issues with this wifi seem to be fixed much faster where in the past I would have to have someone come to my house to repair. A staff jokingly said that uncapped is the future, and I am starting to see it. I just had to say something after all this time because Dane really was so sweet both over mail and over the phone, and I am very happy with my line. I will definitely recommend to friends and family as a backup for ADSL because that is what is usually best in our area (Paarl).
