Company probably doesn't exist!

I phoned OpenWeb with regards to what seamed to be an amazing deal and asked what I needed to do. They said that this is a quick and easy service to use, takes minutes to set up and the are online based so I do not need to wait for help, as and when I have a problem I can phone and they will sort it out immediately. Sounds amazing! Such a lie. For two days I have now tried to get help setting up an internet connection and all I have been told is their technicians are all busy and they will mark my query as urgent. For two days I have had no phone calls back. I have asked for a supervisor and he is unavailable to help. This has been an frustrating experience and a waste of time.
