I signed up for the MTN uncapped mobile data deal on Month to Month for R597. They sent me a Telkom sim card when I called to ask about it they said its probably because telkom is the best network for my area. Mind you I signed up for MTN because Telkom was giving me problems in my area. When I asked to speak to someone to have it exchanged they dropped the call and didn't pick up my calls after. OK fine because I needed to be connected as I had cancelled my Telkom data plan with Axxess I inserted the sim in my router and it didn't work said it wasn't registered on the network. I sent openweb a WhatsApp now remember they aren't taking my calls now. The response is I must wait 24 hours for the sim to activate. Its been 3 days with no change. Basically I paid openweb R597 for a piece of plastic and it's not even the right network. I can't help but feel like I have been ****med
