Cheap reliable internet – my experience with OpenWeb (so far!)
After moving into our new home, we needed a reliable internet provider that wouldn’t give us headaches. After looking at a few options, we decided to try OpenWeb, and honestly, I’m really happy with the choice so far.
The installation was smooth—no waiting around all day for a technician. They showed up when they said they would and had everything set up pretty quickly. It was a relief, especially since we were still settling in and didn’t want to deal with unnecessary delays.
As for the service itself, the speeds have been great. We stream a lot, work from home, and even do some gaming, and we haven’t had any major slowdowns, even during peak hours. No constant buffering or annoying drop-offs, which is exactly what we wanted.
I also have to give them credit for their customer service. We had a couple of questions about our plan, and every time we reached out, we got quick and helpful responses. It’s rare to deal with an ISP that actually seems to care about their customers, so that was a nice surprise.
Price-wise, I feel like we’re getting good value for what we’re paying. There weren’t any weird hidden fees or unexpected charges, and we weren’t forced into some long-term contract, which I appreciate.
Overall, OpenWeb has been a great choice. If you’re looking for a solid, reliable ISP that doesn’t come with the usual headaches, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.
