Can't get any one to call me back--stuck with no internet!

We inquired about upgrading to a larger package. Openweb decided to then cancel our existing package without confirmation and did not initiate the new package. We are now stuck without internet in a 21 day lockdown. The call center is useless--no one has phoned me back in 3 days. The whatsapp support line gives very limited information and you have to wait hours or days for any answer at all. Incredibly frustrating! Even writing this feels like it will get us nowhere as I see Openweb has not bothered to respond to any other frustrated customers!
