Cancellation is a nightmare

Again after reading hellopeter.com there are lots of topics containing the same problem with openweb.

1.Bad service

2.Rude staff

3.No technical team/manager/billing team. It seems to me there are 3 people working there. 2 admin ladies and 1 technician.

4.Trying to cancell your account is a nightmare.

We are trying to cancell our account. Online we keep on filling in the form and getting no proof or response back it has been submitted. We have faxed twice and emailed Zelda end Keoma.

They are fast to email you this after you try and cancell:

As per Section 8 of Openwebs 'terms' we require one (1) calendar month’s notice.

No one asks why are you leaving. Nope all about the dough. Its really sad as we tried to update our credit card detials and that resulted in two days without internet. Its easier to cancell your account then to try and update your credit card detials as all answers leads to "the guys" it sounds like the "guys" do everything from reviewing the admin papers to fixing your technical problems.

We logged a call last night and tought they had 24/7 service only to be told no they do not work in the evenings and they only start at 8;15 am. Do not be fooled like we were to think there is someone 24/7. I have that conversation on recording. Its really shocking.

All I can say is good riddance.
