Cancellation

Support is good, until it comes to cancellation. I cancelled my service, as it hasn't worked, never mind the fact that all the places I tried it has coverage. I tried it over a few months. At the end of feb I tried to cancel it online, the form was submitted, and by the 8th of March I phoned in, and queried it. They sent me a manual form, which I submitted the same day. I then followed up again, then I received another manual form. I then followed up again on the 22nd of March, and then they said it is scheduled for cancellation. I still have to pay for a month! I can not be expected to pay for a service that was meant to be cancelled, but was delayed from their side.

I then receive an email stating that I was the delay, bull. I tried to cancel this service in time!
