Cancel after 5 days of service but pay next month

Ok so I opened an account with openweb used it for about 5 days and wasn't happy with the speeds I was getting so I cancelled it.. I cancelled it on the 5th day of service.. Now I have to pay for current month and the next month.. I cancelled this before the 7th day was over if u read the terms and conditions this I am not liable for costs and one calendar month etc.. Why do I have to pay for October and November when I only used the account for 5 days and don't want to use the god dam **** Internet provider?
