Beware.. cancellation process is a pain and not easy

<p>I've mailed the company in April to cancel my services. A person contacted me back and eventually said to go to a cancellation page. There you have to fill in a million questions. After doing this, system gives you a message saying that if you don't receive a reference nuber within 1 hour it was not successful. </p> <p> </p> <p>The alternative is to print a form that is on the cancelation page, this is not a downloadable pdf people. Print it out and fax it then to them. How 21st century. I just created a ticket again so let's see what happens and what alternative they come with. I'm not happy and before you try or go with them be ready for the extremely painful cancelation process.</p>
