Best ISP for resellers and business in my opinion.

Quick sign-up as a reseller and quicker feedback when I had to be the mediator between my client and OpenWeb techs. I had to contact them twice, but it turns out that they only accept requests if you contact as a reseller through your own business account. I wish I knew that before, but I cannot complain. After that mix up, everything was smooth sailing.

My restaurant also uses them, and we have had great speeds, but we are based in Umhlanga, so I cannot speak for those in rural places. I do not know if it is because I buy mostly higher plans from them or how that affects service, so I do not know what to say about some of these neg reviews tbh.
