Best capped account in South Africa

I cancelled my M**** account last month and joined Openweb on the 1st. What a difference. I couldn't stream on my previous ISP account but now I stream in HD without buffering. I also downloaded a few torrents and I must say, full speed all the way. I am most impressed.
