BAD SERVICE - WILL NOT RECOMMEND OPENWEB TO ANYONE

I have on numerous occasions tried to get hold of a technician to assist with our wifi. Everytime I have to left my details and am assured that someone in the technical department will call me back. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I have tried calling about 20x again in the last hour and cannot get through. Openweb need more technicians to assist. I am definitely changing my ISP.
