Bad service

Worst SERVICE ever!!!! the guy that help me was Johan, guess what everytime you try toe phone them he is not there, or you should call tomorrow... I've been waiting for 3 weeks now, and now that I've phone courier guy this Johan didn't told him my package need to be delivered during the week because I am not in town during weekends but on the farm....
