Bad Service

I needed a new ISP and contacted (tried 27 times) Openweb on the number supp**** on the website. Then completed the online form and e-mails but still no reply, after a couple of hours with no feedback I decided to go With a different ISP which helped me within 10 minutes. Later I received a email with my connection details from Openweb and I rep**** to Leon Witherall and said I don't need their services anymore. I never received a mail confirming my cancellation and then the debit order went off from my bank account. I contacted them and eventually they picked up the phone and I told the whole story to some guy in sales and he took my ticket number and said he would get back to me. Still waiting.
