Bad service

When indicating I have a problem they neglected to assist me pointing the blame at telkom when I have a constant connection after complaint again they copy pasted a response to direct my issue with telkom I confronted telkom with the sync error which was clearly not a line error as I am able to connect but not receiving the speed I'm paying for open web advised me not to threaten then with hello Peter provide the service then client s would not need to go to hello Peter
