Bad line speed.

I am with Openweb for along time. But now all of a sudden they do not deliver anymore. My line is shaped 24/7 30 days a week. it is shaped so badly that we cannot even log into the internet. and all they tell me is that we should not YouTube , download and do gaming. Hellllooo!!!! why do we have internet????? it is to do these thing. the line I am using is uncapped. But is is the worst I have ever experience in my whole life. They do not even try to keep you happy or to reset the line. BAD SERVICE FROM OPENWEB!!!
