Bad ISP with poor bandwith, deduct money

I tried Openweb form 5 March 2016 as my ISP, on 6 March 2016 i had problems with the connecting to the Internet and got very slow service when i did connect. On 7 March 2016 i e-mail them to cancel my service because i expected more. I filled in the online cancellation form as they ask me to do. When i looked at my profile online it said i got no current services, so i know they did cancel my service, the login also did not work anymore. On 9 March they deducted a monthly subscription from my account. I mailed them and all response i get is to fill in the cancellation form. Still got no logon details to use if i paid for a moth, i assume i will get to use their poor service for the full month i paid for.<br> Please avoid problems and stay away from this ISP.
