Bad internet, no support

I've signed up for the 10Mbps Home Uncapped adsl. I previously had a 4 Mpbs with Mweb and I thought it was time for an upgrade. My browsing experience is horrible. Some websites are very slow to download. I can download movies happily, bit it is almost impossible to do simple things like read my gmail. The first time I phoned they said I must turn of my router and wait for 30 min before turning it on again. This didn't changed a thing. I tried contacting again. The support staff is always busy and when you ask them to phone you back, they never do. I tried sending email or submitting tickets on-line, but this is just a waste of time. I even tried to stop my subscription on-line, but this option is not available for some reason. Don't waste your time (and money) with OpenWeb.
