Back up and running in 3 minutes

I have had my adsl account with this ISP for around 2 years now. We cannot get fibre in our area. Yesterday it just died and I emailed their support. Within 3 minutes I received a call and Dane helped me setup my router. A big storm for some reason deleted the settings. I am very happy with their quick service and highly recommend them.
