Avoid this company,****mers

Stay away from these guys they are ****mers and their customer service is horrible, i ordered a package from them with their uncapped data sim when it arrived the sim card was not even working when i informed them of this they told me it takes 24-72hrs to activate which is ridiculous so fine i wait when i test the sim card it still doesnt work i inform them of this they still give me the same story and mind you im in the tech industry i know when a sim is activated or not these guys sent me a sim card which was not even registered when i tell them the problem and request for management Dane and Zelda who are the ****mers refuse to take my matter seriously i have even requested for a refund as it has been over a week waiting for them resolve the matter if you want to save your money and time Avoid these people the company shouldnt even exist in my opinion
