Account debited, but no network access...

The service I am receiving from you is completely ridiculous. I was forced to supply banking details for my account, and the debits are going off monthly but my data is not being reset at the beginning of the month, unless I send an email requesting this. I sent an email yesterday and absolutely no response! <br> <br> The fact that when the peak data portion of my package is capped, my off peak data portion is also capped - is an issue as you state on your website that off peak is uncapped. Your \support"suggests that I stay up until midnight so that they can check something"
