5 days to cancel Adsl

<p>Ever since Tuesday 09 August 2016 I have been struggelig with the support group at Openweb to cancel my adsl service, I tried calling with no answer, then I emailed the suport team. Firstly speaking to Robert saying he wil start looking in to it. Then i received a email with the instructions how to cancel via the link. I have done that a few couple of times then i email the suport team Fryday morning now speaking to Zelda. I stated that i have done the cancellation via the link a few couple of times then she told me that i have to fill in a list of questions stating name. Suranme. Ow nr. Adsl account user name. Address adsl telephone nr. Etc. Then she rep**** with se will be looking in to it. Emailed her again on Saterday with the answer she is looking in to it and will keep me updated. Then i emailed her again on Saterday afternoon also saying she is busy with it. So i decided again to email support team now speaking as from the reply Sunday morning from Robert statig i have to do it via the link or Fax we dont even use fax any more these days. Please help I just want them to cancel it so that my Isp can take control of my line again. By the way that Openweb just took over without giving them the go a head to take of over the line</p>
