You can have!!! But can you?

<p>Late last year spoke to sales who offered to upgarde current 10mb adsl line to 20mb adsl, call was logged and when following up call was allready closed, sorry you cant get service, to far from exchange, I stay between 600m and 800m at most from exchange. Log another call for the same service, again told no this is not available to you, this time due to some issue at the exchange. Check on telkom network coverage website, states 20mb adsl available. Is this false advertising? I decide to let it be.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Openserve website last night register interest on fibre, get message to say no fibre available but can upgrade to 20mb adsl as this is available in my area, even get an email to say the same. Is this false advertising? Phone telkom sales this afternoon, ask to upgrade to 20mb line, highlighting the previous issues, lady advises no I can not get 20mb adsl too far from exchange, advise her of the distance, then she informs me I can actually only get 4mb adsl at my house?</p> <p> </p> <p>Note to Telkom/Openserve, make sure that when you want to sell a service that it is actuially available to the customer? Like offering a child sweets and then taking it away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriosuly dissapointed, not sure why I thought things would actually be effecient and correct this time.</p>
