worst SP ever!

If only I could give them a 0. Openserve is the most useless SP ever. I moved offices, from the 5th floor to the 1st floor. They told me the unit I want installed is not added on their side and get this, it will take 7 to 14 days to add the unit number on their systems. How ridiculous is that? That time, my business has no fibre and we are losing money. How useless can you be that you need 14 days, just to add the unit number? I urge people to never get this ridiculous fibre. These people are useless and frustrating!!!
